Our in-house work covers design review, tooling, zinc-alloy and pewter die-casting, hand enamel, crystal setting, assembly, quality inspection and packaging. Order planning: some process-compatible projects can start with a few pieces or a few dozen, while around 200 pieces is workable for many products. Production to dispatch can be about 10–15 days for eligible fast projects, about 20–30 days for most orders and 30–50 days for very large orders. Transit time is additional, and staged shipments can be arranged.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom project?
MOQ depends on the product, design and manufacturing process. Selected processes can support runs of only a few pieces or a few dozen pieces, while around 200 pieces is workable for many products. Unit pricing can vary significantly with quantity, tooling, finishing and packaging, so we confirm the exact MOQ and tiered quotation after reviewing the project.
How long does production take?
Production lead time depends on the product, process, quantity and packaging. Products eligible for the fastest schedule can be ready for dispatch in about 10–15 days; most orders take about 20–30 days; very large orders may require 30–50 days. Staged shipments can be arranged to meet an agreed delivery plan. Transit time is additional and depends on the shipping method and destination.
